2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: operate the Platform and lottery mechanics; verify winner identity during prize distribution; send communications you have opted into; improve Platform features and user experience; comply with legal obligations; prevent fraud, abuse, and prohibited activities.
3. Blockchain Data
Transactions on the Polygon blockchain are publicly visible by design. Wallet addresses, NFT ownership, and transaction history are stored on a public immutable ledger. Winfinity does not control or restrict the visibility of on-chain data. Connecting your wallet to the Platform creates a public record of that wallet's activity.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with: (a) Service providers who assist in Platform operations under confidentiality agreements; (b) Legal authorities if required by applicable law; (c) Blockchain infrastructure providers as inherent to Platform operation.
